Yiaga, Fitzroy Gardens is a landmark Melbourne hospitality venue delivered with architectural partner Wardle Studio, where the finished result needed to match an exceptionally high design standard throughout.
Electrical scope:
- Full electrical services installation across the venue
- Custom handmade lighting and detailed LED feature lighting, closely coordinated with the design team to achieve a bespoke, high-end finish
- Back-of-house power for a fully electric commercial kitchen, delivered with no gas connection to site, requiring careful load calculation and dedicated circuits for all kitchen equipment
- Network supply upgrade coordinated with CitiPower to support the increased load requirements of the fully electric kitchen
Works were completed to a high-quality standard and on program, ensuring the electrical delivery did not delay the wider build schedule for this striking Melbourne venue.
