The New Trend

The New Trend, Brighton is a high-end retail fitout delivered in a tight 6-week program, where the electrical and lighting installation had to keep pace with an accelerated build schedule without compromising on finish.

Electrical scope:

• Exposed track lighting, providing flexible, adjustable illumination throughout the retail space
• LED strip concealed lighting, integrated into joinery and display elements for a seamless finish
• Exposed surface-mount downlights, complementing the space's architectural detailing
• ZETR outlets, selected and positioned to integrate cleanly with the fitout's aesthetic

All specialist lighting installation was closely coordinated with the fast-tracked build program to integrate seamlessly with the space's rendered walls, custom joinery and stone detailing.
