The Reed Consulting fitout in Melbourne CBD involved a full commercial office de-fit and fitout, incorporating luxe modern bathrooms and functional breakout spaces to foster collaborative working environments, requiring JMP to strip back and rebuild the tenancy's electrical infrastructure from the ground up.
Electrical scope:
- Full electrical de-fit, removing existing services no longer required for the new fitout
- Complete electrical fitout supporting the office's new layout, bathrooms and breakout spaces
- Installation of a large UPS system, providing backup power to protect the client's high-tech communications system against outages
