The project comprised a partial refurbishment of floors and ceilings across Levels 20 and 21 of GPT's 100 Queen Street, Melbourne, including a new industrial kitchen, collaboration rooms and open workspaces alongside existing meeting rooms and meals areas. The scope required JMP to work carefully around retained areas while delivering a consistent, high-quality outcome across the new fitout zones.

Electrical scope:

• Specialist lighting fixtures and fittings installed within both solid and suspended ceilings, tailored to the differing ceiling types across the refurbished floors
• New Cat6A data wiring installed to WAPs, supporting reliable wireless connectivity throughout the workplace
• AV works integrated to support the fitout's collaboration and meeting spaces
• Floor boxes, power points and CMS soft wiring gear installed at all documented benches, enabling staff to plug in to power and data outlets directly at their workstations

A carefully sequenced refurbishment that upgraded the workplace's technology and lighting infrastructure while maintaining continuity with the building's existing retained areas.
