Level 3 & 4, 96 Flinders Street is an office fitout and refurbishment where JMP delivered the power, data and lighting works to the design intent set by the project team, working within an existing building fabric to deliver a value-managed outcome for the client.

Electrical scope:

• Relocation and reuse of existing lighting, reducing waste and cost while maintaining the fitout's design intent
• Installation of new feature lighting to complement the retained fixtures
• Testing and commissioning of all services prior to handover
• Integration of existing and new electrical and data installations, carefully managed to value-manage the outcome for the client without compromising functionality

A considered approach to value management, balancing new installation against reuse of existing infrastructure to deliver an efficient outcome for the client.
