48 Assembly Drive – WH1A

Scope of Works
48 Assembly Drive, WH1A, Dandenong involved converting a single-user site into a multi-tenant operation, requiring both infrastructure expansion and complete reconfiguration to support multiple occupants, with all design completed in-house by the JMP team.
Electrical scope:
- Consumer mains, sub-mains and switchboard infrastructure installed to support the site's new multi-tenant configuration
- Replacement of existing switchboards to accommodate the reconfigured supply arrangement
- Lighting installation across the reconfigured tenancies
- Reconfiguration of services across tenancies, dividing what was previously a single-user supply into separately metered, independently serviced tenancies
- Civil works and site services infrastructure supporting the broader redevelopment
- Mechanical services, dock levellers and EV charging installed as part of the site upgrade
- Energy Management System installed and aligned to Green Star requirements, supporting the site's long-term sustainability performance
A key challenge was delivering the works while the WH1A side of the site remained tenanted and fully operational. This required a high level of coordination and project management, close client liaison to maintain satisfaction throughout, and regular meetings to align on progress and staging, with works executed to a high standard to prevent disruption to the operating tenant and limit downtime to an absolute minimum.
Let's talk about what's in the pipeline.
Whether it's a single site or a multi-stage project, our team is ready to scope it properly and get moving.
