The lobby at 242 Exhibition Street was reimagined to bring together café, concierge and workspace environments into a more connected, contemporary space, introducing a more dynamic and engaging ground plane for the building.
Electrical scope:
- Relocation of existing electrical services to accommodate the reconfigured lobby layout
- Switchboard infrastructure upgrades to support the updated space
- Full transition to LED lighting throughout, improving energy efficiency and overall presentation
- New general, garden and feature lighting, layered to enhance the space's aesthetic and support its café, concierge and workspace functions
The result is a refreshed, energy-efficient lobby with a clean, high-end finish, anchored by an elevated concierge lounge and flexible workspaces that strengthen the building's connection to Exhibition Street and the surrounding precinct.
